Gossip Restaurant

Our place is over in M P Nagar, right in the middle of all the action in Bhopal. We are in the Dynamic Center, which is Zone 1. If you look across the street, you’ll see the big DB City Mall. It’s a very crowded area, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping or catching a movie. We get a lot of office workers coming in during the week for their lunch break. Bhopal is a nice city, but the traffic around M P Nagar can be a real pain sometimes. We’ve been running Gossip Restaurant for a bit now. It’s just a regular spot where you can sit down and grab something to eat without much fuss. We don't have any fancy signs or anything like that. The kitchen stays pretty warm in the summer, so we try to keep the air conditioning going for the customers. Usually, the mornings are spent checking the inventory and talking to the vegetable vendors who come by with their carts. We have a couple of guys who have been with us since we first opened. They know how everything works. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. Most people come in after they finish their shopping at the mall across the road. We just try to keep the tables clean and make sure nobody has to wait too long. It's a straightforward business and we take it one day at a time.
