Golden Oak Restaurant & Bar

Golden Oak Restaurant & Bar is located right on the National Highway 12, Hoshangabad Road. Most people know it because it's across from Shree Ram Colony. Being on the highway means we get a lot of travelers passing through Bhopal. It’s a long stretch of road and we are just one of the stops along the way. Inside, it’s a bit different from the noise outside. We have the restaurant side and the bar side. It gets pretty lively on the weekends when folks from the nearby colonies come over for a meal or a drink. We don’t really go in for those flashy decorations you see in the city center. We just keep it simple with tables and chairs that work. The kitchen stays busy most of the time. Sometimes we run out of certain things on the menu if the truck is late, but that’s just life on the highway. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We know the regulars by name and what they usually order. It’s not a five-star place, just a spot to eat and sit for a while. We keep the floor swept and the glasses clean. If you’re driving down Hoshangabad Road and need a break, you’ll see our sign. We are just there, doing our thing every day. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
