You can find Geeta Memorial Convent School over in Saraswati Nagar, specifically at Mig Block No. 2 near Jawahar Chowk. It’s right in the middle of a residential area in Bhopal, which makes it very convenient for the families living in the blocks nearby. The school has been part of this community for a long time. We don't have a giant campus, but we use the rooms we have in the building for all the classes. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is arriving at once in the morning, but we’ve got a system that works for us. The teachers are mostly women from the surrounding neighborhoods who have a lot of experience with children. We stick to the standard curriculum and make sure the students do their homework. Saraswati Nagar is a familiar place for us, and we know most of the people who walk past our doors every day. There’s no corporate feel here; it’s more like a local house that was turned into a place of learning. We have the usual desks, blackboards, and a small area for the kids to line up for prayers. It’s simple and honest work. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just teach the kids and make sure they are safe while they are here under our roof.
