Gappu Punjabi Bhojnayle is located at 2 A ashoka garden. We have been here in Ashoka Garden for a while now. It is just a small spot, nothing special to look at. Lunch time is when it gets really busy around here. Local people know us mainly for Punjabi food. We try to keep things simple with the way we run the place. The kitchen stays open late most nights because that's when people are hungry. Bhopal can get really hot, so we do our best to keep it cool inside. There are just some chairs and tables where you can sit and eat your meal. We handle everything ourselves, from the cooking to the cleaning. Sometimes the noise is a bit much when it's crowded, but that's part of the life here. Over the years, we have seen this whole neighborhood change quite a bit. Being right by Ashoka Garden means we get a lot of people just stopping in on their way home. My family helps out with the daily chores. We don't spend any money on ads or fancy signs. Most customers find us because they live nearby or heard about it from a neighbor. If you walk past 2 A ashoka garden, you will see us there. It has been our home for a long time. The menu is just the stuff we like to eat. There are no big secrets to it. We're glad to be part of the community here in Bhopal. It is a good life.
