Gangotri Caterers & Restaurant

We run Gangotri Caterers & Restaurant out on Bhadbhada Road in Bhopal. We are specifically located near the New Kerva Tiraha Road, which is a spot people pass when they are heading out towards the dam. The business is a mix of the restaurant where people sit down to eat and the catering side where we cook for big events. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing large pots of food for weddings or parties. The address is number 12, and we have been at this location for a while now. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but plenty of people live out this way. I usually handle the orders and make sure the delivery truck is loaded correctly for the catering jobs. The restaurant part of the business is pretty straightforward with a simple menu that doesn't change much. We have a lot of space for cooking, which we need when we have three or four events on the same day. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially in the summer, but we just get on with it. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who ate our food at a party and then called us up for their own event. We just focus on getting the food delivered on time and making sure there is enough for everyone to eat.
