Fizzy Restaurants

Fizzy Restaurants is tucked away in Shop Number 5 in M P Nagar, right there in the basement area near Chetak Bridge. It is a bit of a funny spot because you have to head downstairs, but once you are inside, it is actually quite cozy. Bhopal can get pretty hot, so being in the basement keeps things a little cooler than being right on the street level. We are in Goutam Nagar, which is always buzzing with students and office workers from all over the 462011 area. The place is not very large, so we have to be smart about where we put the tables and chairs. We did the painting ourselves and some of the decorations are just things we liked at the time. It is not some polished corporate chain. We are just a small team trying to serve decent food to the crowd that passes by Chetak Bridge every day. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the kitchen gets a little smoky, but that is just how it is in a busy basement shop. People come here to hang out after work or grab a quick lunch before heading back to their offices. It is a bit noisy because of the traffic on the bridge above, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure people have a place to sit and relax.
