Fate Farming Private Limited

Fate Farming is located out in Tilai, which is part of Village Dadhiya in the Bahari tehsil. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to Plot No 415, but it’s where the real work happens. Sidhi is a rugged district, and we’ve learned to be just as tough. We started this private limited company to manage our land and our crops in a more official way. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or the machinery breaks down. We aren't some big corporation from the city; we are local people who know this soil. Most of our days are spent checking on the fields or dealing with the logistics of getting things to market. The office is just a room with a few files and a fan that squeaks when it’s on. We don't spend much time in there unless we absolutely have to. We prefer being out where the plants are. There’s a lot of talking that happens under the shade of the trees during our breaks. We talk about family, the village, and what we’re going to plant next. It’s a simple life, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just want to keep the farm going and make sure the land stays productive for the next generation and beyond.
