Vivek Tiwari's place in Ghughuri is where we're based. We are just a group of farmers here in Mauganj. It started because we needed a better way to handle things. Rewa is where we live and work. It isn't a big office or anything, just us trying to figure out how to get things done together. Farming is tough work. Most days are spent out in the fields or talking to neighbors about the crops. We registered as Devadhidev Farmer Producer Company Limited so we could have a proper name for what we were already doing. It's basically just a bunch of us from the village pooling our resources. We don't have fancy equipment or a big team of experts. It’s mostly just hard work and hoping the weather stays good. Sometimes things go well and sometimes they don't, that's just how it is. We try to help each other out with seeds or selling what we grow. If you're looking for us, we are over in Ghughuri at Vivek's house. It's a quiet area. We don't have a big sign outside. Just people working. It’s been a few years now and we're still learning. Dealing with all the paperwork is the hardest part. But we stay busy. There are plenty of challenges in Mauganj, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a local group doing our bit for the community here in Rewa. We spend a lot of time just talking to the other guys in the village about what crops to plant. Sometimes we get together in the evenings and share stories about the old days when our fathers were out in the fields. Ghughuri is a good place, even if it's a bit quiet. We don't really have a boss, we all just pitch in where we can. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we get the job done. If you ever come by, don't expect a fancy reception. Just look for Vivek's house and you'll probably find someone who can talk to you. We're usually just glad for the company.
