Bumchik Restaurant

We have been running Bumchik Restaurant here on Raisen Road for a while now. If you know Indrapuri in Bhopal, you know how it gets with all the traffic and people moving around Sector A. We are right opposite BHEL Gate No 1, which means we see a lot of workers and staff coming in when their shifts end. It’s a busy spot. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the chairs aren't perfectly lined up, but that’s just how it is when things get moving during the lunch rush. We do not really do anything fancy here. We just cook and make sure there is enough space for everyone to sit down. The kitchen stays pretty hot, especially in the summers, but the guys keep at it. Indrapuri has a lot of students too, and they tend to hang around a lot near our place at 31, Raisen Road. We try to keep things simple because that is what people around here want. You won't find any tablecloths that are perfectly pressed or servers in suits. It is just us doing our thing day in and day out. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a decent crowd. We spend most of our time just managing the orders and making sure the food goes out hot. It is hard work, and we get tired, but it keeps the business going and the neighbors fed. We just focus on the daily grind.
