We are in the Madhya Pradesh area, working as a farmers producer company. Bhuannam Agro is all about the land and the people who work it. We don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us managing the records and talking to the local farmers. The office is a simple structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and stacks of papers. We deal with seeds, fertilizers, and whatever else the farmers need help with. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't trying to be a big corporation. We just want to make sure the work in Magardha gets done. Sometimes we have meetings under the trees if the office gets too stuffy. The pace of life here is a bit slower than the big cities, but when it’s planting time, we are all very busy. We spend our days checking on the quality of the produce and talking to buyers. It’s a lot of honest work. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just help the farmers sell what they grow and buy what they need. It’s a plain and simple way of doing business in our corner of MP. We just take it one day at a time.
