We don’t have a big team or a lot of fancy resources. It’s a family-run operation and we all chip in where we can to keep things moving. My brother is usually the one out looking at the crops while I stay here and deal with the bank stuff and the orders. It’s not always easy and there are plenty of days where things go wrong for no reason. A tractor breaks down or the water pump stops working, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don’t use any marketing tricks or big words. We just tell it like it is. If the harvest is bad, we just deal with it. If it’s good, we are happy for the break. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors know us.
