Aumkar Agro Enterprises Private Limited is found at Hig-99 Sanjeev Nagar, which is right along New Jail Road. It is a pretty busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. Our office is not one of those big, sterile environments. It is a bit crowded with samples of agro products and stacks of files, but we know where everything is. We have a small group of people working here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. If the floor needs sweeping or a customer needs help, whoever is closest just takes care of it. We do not really believe in fancy titles or a strict hierarchy. We have been in Sanjeev Nagar for a good number of years now, and we have become a familiar face in the neighborhood. A lot of our day is spent on the telephone or meeting with people who stop by the office. We usually have a pot of tea on the go, and anyone who comes in is welcome to a cup. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. The noise from New Jail Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we just turn up the fan and keep working. We are just a regular local business trying to provide what the farming community needs without any extra fuss or complicated processes. It is a simple life and a simple way of working.
