You can find us at Shop No. 21 on the Main Road in Shahajanabad. Bhopal is a busy city, and our street is no exception. There is always a lot of noise from the cars and bikes passing by our front door. We have been cutting hair and doing shaves here for quite some time now. The shop has a few chairs and the usual tools of the trade. We don't have any of those fancy modern gadgets you see in the big malls. It’s just a straightforward place for men to come and get cleaned up. We open early most days because people like to come in before they head to their jobs. Most of our regulars have been coming to us for years. We know their families and how they like their hair cut. Sometimes it gets a bit tight in here when there are four or five people waiting on the bench. We just put on the news and keep working through the line. The mirrors are old, and the floor shows some wear and tear, but it’s a comfortable spot. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s a local business serving the people of Shahajanabad. We take our time with each person so they leave looking decent. That’s really all there is to it at the end of the day.
