Amrditya Agro Farm Private Limited

Amrditya Agro Farm is based out of Kishan Singh Bhadoria’s house in Dabra Gaon. It’s a typical village setting where the line between home and work is pretty thin. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around Kishan Singh’s place, looking over records or planning the next harvest. Dabra Gaon is a place where everyone has a hand in agriculture, so starting this company felt like a natural step. We don't have a big sign or a fancy gate. It’s just a place where we do our business. Some days are loud with tractors moving nearby, and other days are quiet when everyone is out in the fields. We handle a lot of the work ourselves, from the planting to the paperwork. It’s not always pretty, and we definitely make some mistakes along the way, but we are learning. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings with slides. Our meetings happen with a cup of tea in hand, often while we’re leaning against a wall or sitting on a bench. We are just trying to grow good food and make sure the farm stays afloat. It’s hard work, and the days are long, especially during the harvest, but it's what we know. We are just a small group trying to do our best with what we have each season.
