It is a lot better than trying to handle everything alone. We deal with the stuff we grow in the fields around here. It is not a very formal environment. Usually, there is some tea going and someone is complaining about the tractor parts being expensive. We are just a group of people from the same area trying to make a living from the land. It is hard work and our hands are usually dirty, but it is what we know. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the weather and the markets, but we do it because it’s our life and our home.
