Ambaramchak Farmer Producer Company Limited

We go by the name Ambaramchak Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our home base is at Sh Guddi Bai’s place in the village of Ambaram Chak. This is part of Bamori in the Guna district of Madhya Pradesh. We are just a local bunch of farmers who decided it was time to work together instead of everyone just doing their own thing. Most of our days are spent out in the fields or talking under a tree about the price of fertilizer. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or a big office with air conditioning. It’s just us and the land. Guddi Bai helps keep us organized, though we aren't always the best at keeping every paper in its right place. We know the soil in Guna like the back of our hands. Life here isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate with the crops. But having this company helps us share the risks a bit. We don’t use any corporate talk because we don’t really know it. We just use the words we use every day at home. If you come to Ambaram Chak, you’ll find us easily. We are just regular people trying to make the most of what we have. It’s about keeping the farms going and making sure there’s enough for everyone. That’s the long and short of it. We just keep going.
