Shaubhagya Unnati Farmers Producer is based out of Mishrawalia, which sits near Naya Mohmadpur in the Koilwar area of Ara. We are right here in the heart of Bhojpur. It’s a place where everyone is connected to the ground one way or another, I guess. We set this whole thing up to help the folks who are out there planting and harvesting every season. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can meet and figure things out together. Koilwar is a busy enough place, and being near Naya Mohmadpur helps us stay close to the farmers we work with. There is always something going on, whether it is discussing the quality of seeds or figuring out how to get the produce to the right spots. We don’t go in for flashy titles or those big corporate speeches you hear about. Mostly, we just sit around and talk about what needs doing next week or next month. It’s hard work, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but that is just how it is in this line of business. The weather changes, the market moves, and we just try to keep up with it all from our little corner here. We have deep roots in this soil.
