Bihiya Jaivik Producer Company Limited is based out of Panch Toladoghra. If you are coming through the Behiya block, you can find us at Jitendra Kumar Ojha’s house. He is the one who keeps everything running smoothly at the home office. We are a group of producers who decided that going organic was the best path for our village. It is not always the easiest way to farm, but it is what we chose. The village of Toladoghra is a quiet place where people still look out for each other. We spend a lot of time visiting different plots of land to see how the plants are coming along. Since we are a small company, we don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just have a few desks and a lot of passion for the soil. People often drop by Jitendra’s place to ask questions about seeds or how to handle pests without using the heavy chemicals. We try to be helpful and keep things simple. The Behiya block has its challenges, like when the water is low or the transport trucks are late, but we manage. We are just regular people who live and work in the same place. We are not trying to change the whole world, just the way we grow things in our own little corner of the district. It is a slow and steady kind of life, and we are quite content with that.
