We are located at Ashok Kumar’s house in the Osaintola Ganj area of Vill Panch. This is in the Behea block of Bhojpur. Our focus is on organic stuff because that’s what the name Jaivik means. It is a producer company, so we are a bunch of farmers trying to do things a bit differently. Bhojpur is a good place for this kind of work. We aren't a big corporation with a tall building. It is just us in the village working together. Sometimes it’s hard to get everyone on the same page but we manage. The 802183 area is where we stay and work. We don't have any fancy marketing people or anything like that. We just write down what we do and try to help each other out with the crops. It's a simple setup. If you walk through Osaintola Ganj, you’ll find us easily enough. We spend most of our time thinking about the soil and how to keep things growing well without all the chemicals. It's not always perfect and we make mistakes like anyone else. But we just keep going. It’s a local effort by people who live right here in the block. We don't need much else besides a bit of sun and some hard work. We are just trying to keep the land healthy for the next generation of farmers coming up in Behea.
