You can find us at Anil Mishra’s house in Kaem Nagar. It’s a village in the Koilwar block of Bhojpur. We are a group of farmers focused on organic methods. We are a producer company, so it’s not just one person in charge. We all have a say in how things are run. Being in the 802314 area, we are close to the river and the land is pretty good for what we do. We don’t have a fancy office building. We just use a part of the house to handle the company business. It’s a very local operation. We spend most of our time out in the fields or talking to other growers in the panchayat. We don't use big marketing words. We just talk about the dirt and the plants. Sometimes the weather is against us and sometimes the market is down, but we just keep at it. It’s a lot of manual work and paperwork that nobody really likes doing. But it’s necessary to keep the company going. We are just regular people from Koilwar trying to do something decent for the soil. If you visit Kaem Nagar, you can see what we are working on. It’s nothing fancy, just honest farming. We keep our meetings simple and our goals even simpler, mostly just getting through each season together.
