If you're coming to Bhilwara and get off at the New Bus Stand in Kothri, you'll find us right there. We are positioned at the back side of the roadways. It’s a very practical location for travelers who are tired from long bus rides. We call it Veer Hanuman Bhojnalya. It’s a basic eating house. We don't have air conditioning or fancy menus. We just serve the kind of food we eat at home. Most of our customers are drivers, passengers, or people working at the bus stand. The place gets dusty because of all the buses moving around, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the benches. We serve hot rotis and dal. We don’t have a lot of variety, just a few fixed items that we can cook quickly. People are usually in a hurry to catch their next bus, so we try to serve them fast. It’s a family-run thing. My sons help out during the holidays. We’ve been at this spot for quite a few years now. We know the bus schedules by heart. When a big bus from Jaipur or Udaipur arrives, we know we’ll be busy for the next hour. It’s a humble place, just four walls and some stoves. We don't use much oil or spices, just enough to make it taste right. It's honest food for people on the move. That’s all we really are.
