Shri Rambhakta Bhojnalaya

Shri Rambhakta Bhojnalaya is located on Murli Vilas Road in Bhilwara. Our shop is right opposite the railway crossing. This means we hear the trains going by all through the day and night. It is a very specific sound that defines this part of the 311001 area. We serve meals to people who are mostly looking for a simple, filling plate of food. Many of our customers are people working nearby or travelers who just arrived at the station. Murli Vilas Road is a busy stretch, and being near the crossing makes us a very visible spot. We don't have any air conditioning or fancy furniture. It is just benches and tables where people sit down, eat their meal, and then go about their day. The kitchen is always busy with pots of dal and vegetables. We don't follow any corporate rules here. It is just a few of us making sure the food is ready on time for the lunch and dinner rush. Sometimes when the railway gate is closed, a lot of people wait outside, and some of them come in for a quick bite. We keep the place as clean as we can, but it is a busy bhojnalaya, so there is always some hustle. We have been at this spot for quite some time, and the locals in Bhilwara know us well by now. We just keep our focus on the cooking.
