Alaska Restaurant

Alaska Restaurant is part of the Alaska Resort, located on the Four Lane in Bhilwara. We are right on National Highway-79, specifically the bypass near Atun Choraha. Being on the highway means we see a lot of travelers. People driving long distances often stop by to take a break. The area around 311001 is mostly about the road and the traffic moving through. We get a mix of truck drivers, families on road trips, and locals from nearby. The restaurant is a simple place. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy stuff. We just focus on getting the food out. The kitchen is the heart of what we do. It’s often hot and loud in there, but that’s normal for a highway spot. We’ve been here at the resort for some time. We see the seasons change from the side of the road. Dust from the highway is something we deal with every day. We keep the floors swept and the tables ready. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just rely on being in a good spot near Atun Choraha. If you’re driving on NH-79, you’ll likely see our sign. We just keep the lights on and the food ready for whoever pulls in. It’s a lot of work, but we like the pace of the highway.
