Our restaurant isn't very large, but it's enough for the local people who live and work around here. Bhilwara is a busy town, but our street is a little bit quieter than the main markets. We have been here for a while now. The address is Old RTO Road, Bhilwara, 311001. We serve normal meals to the folks who pass by. Some are staying at the hotel across the street and come over for a change of pace. We don't have any of that polished corporate look. It’s just a plain room with a few posters on the walls and some fans to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of our time just prepping the vegetables and cleaning up the kitchen area. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We don't really have a big mission or anything, we just want to serve food and go home at the end of the day. The Old RTO road can get busy during office hours, so we see a lot of people then. It’s a straightforward place with no frills. You just come in, eat your food, and go about your business.
