Blue Chilly Restaurant And Bar

Blue Chilly is located on Ajmer Road in Bhilwara, right near Sukhadiya Circle. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re driving through that part of town. We are a restaurant and bar, so we see all kinds of people coming through the doors. Some people are just stopping for a bite while traveling, and others are locals who come by after work. The area around Sukhadiya Circle is usually quite lively, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We’ve got a basic setup inside with tables and a bar area. It gets a little smoky sometimes, and the noise level goes up when the music is on or the cricket match is playing on the television, but that’s part of the atmosphere. We focus on getting the food out and making sure the drinks are cold. We aren't trying to be a five-star place; we just want to be a spot where you can relax. The staff is just a few local guys who know most of the customers by name. We deal with the usual stuff, like busy Friday nights and the occasional broken glass. It’s a straightforward business. We open up, do the work, and close down late at night. It’s been our routine for a while now, and we’re used to the flow of the road outside. It's just how things are.
