Rasoi KA Zayka

Being on the Main Road here in Bhilwara means there is never a quiet moment. We are right across from the Guru Nanak Marriage Hall in Sindhu Ngr, so we see a lot of wedding guests and families walking around. Rasoi KA Zayka has been sitting here for a while now. We open up and start the prep work while the street is still waking up. It’s a lot of work getting everything chopped and ready. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a few minutes, but that’s just how things go on this road. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know us because they pass by every day on their way to work or the market. The building is simple and we try to keep it tidy. Sometimes the music from the marriage hall across the street is so loud we have to shout to hear each other, but it makes things lively. We are in the 311001 area code if anyone is looking us up. Most of our regulars live right here in Sindhu Nagar. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the kitchen stays organized. It's not a corporate chain, just a local spot where we put in the hours and go home tired every single night.
