We are based out of Plot No 45 in the Mandal GIDC area. It’s quite a large industrial zone, and we are situated near Vikhlapur. Being in a GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and processing plants, so there is always a lot of activity and noise around us. Our focus is mainly on steel services, which involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving large coils or sheets. The floor of the workshop is mostly concrete and steel, and it gets quite hot under the metal roof during the summer. We have a team of workers who handle the machinery and the loading. It’s a very practical environment where the priority is just getting the steel processed and sent out to whoever needs it. We don’t have any fancy decorations in the office; it’s just desks, computers, and files. Most of our days are spent coordinating with truck drivers and making sure the dimensions for the steel are correct. Mistakes can be expensive in this business, so we try to pay attention, even if things get hectic. It’s a lot of manual work and technical monitoring. People find us because of our location in the industrial estate. We’ve been part of this GIDC for some time now, and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit with new companies moving in nearby. It’s just how the business goes in this part of Mandal.
