Pasand Steel

At Pasand Steel, we keep things pretty basic. We are located in the Nava Para area, right near the Madina Masjid. If you can find the masjid, you can find us. We have been here for a while now, working with steel every day. It’s a small shop and it can get quite hot when we are working, especially in the middle of the day. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the tools we need to get the jobs done. Most of our work comes from people nearby who need something fixed or built. We don't have a big marketing budget or a professional photographer to take pictures of our work. It’s just us and the metal. Sometimes we have a lot of scraps lying around, but we try to keep it as tidy as a steel shop can be. You won’t find us wearing suits or sitting in air-conditioned offices. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with customers who stop by. We talk to them like neighbors because most of them are. It is a straightforward life. We open up in the morning, do the cutting and welding that needs doing, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just try to do right by the people who come to see us.
