You can find Mahadev Steel Indust. over in Gidc, Phase - 2. It's a rough and tumble kind of place, but that’s what you expect in an industrial zone. We’ve got a lot of heavy machinery that makes a fair amount of noise, so we don't do much talking while the work is happening. The focus is always on the steel. Whether it’s loading bars onto a truck or cutting plates to size, we just stay busy. We’ve had this spot in Phase - 2 for a long time. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is cracked, but the machines still run fine. We don't put much stock in appearances. What matters is that the steel goes out on time. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if a customer is in a hurry, but usually, we like to wrap things up by dinner time. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve all worked together for years. We don’t have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do the work, and go home. If there’s an issue, we talk about it and fix it. That's the way it is at Mahadev. It’s simple, honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. We are just here to get the metal cut and loaded before the day ends.
