Jainendra Steel

Our shop, Jainendra Steel, sits right in the middle of Gidc, Phase - 2. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like being where all the action is. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there is always someone around if you need to borrow a tool or get some advice on a machine. We handle a lot of different steel products. It isn't always easy to keep everything organized, but we do our best with the space we have. The floor is usually covered in scrap and dust, which is just part of the job when you’re dealing with metal all day. We don’t have a big staff, just a few reliable people who know the routine. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door in Phase - 2. Sometimes the rain leaks through the roof a little bit, but we just move the stock out of the way and keep going. It’s a real place with real problems and real work. We try to be honest about what we have in stock so nobody wastes a trip out here. That's basically how we operate. It's just a regular steel business trying to get through the work week without too much trouble. We take it one day at a time.
