Our business is set up at No. 228 in Shiv Om Nagar, which is right on R. T. O. Road. It’s a pretty active area because of the R. T. O. office being nearby, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been here at Shiv Om Nagar for a while and have gotten to know the neighborhood quite well. Our space is simple and functional. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big waiting room. It’s mostly just where we do our daily tasks and store what we need. The building is a standard residential-commercial mix, which is common around here. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we have to do a bit of cleaning every morning before we start. We keep a regular schedule and try to stay on top of whatever work comes our way. It’s just a few of us running the show. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we just want to do a good job and keep things moving. On some days, the R. T. O. Road gets really blocked up with vehicles, so we usually tell people to give themselves a bit of extra time if they are coming to see us. It’s a straightforward life here. We handle the paperwork, talk to people who drop by, and try to make sure everything is in order before we close up for the night.
