You can find us at Pingali in the Talaja area of Bhavnagar district. We are set up at Rs No.149/1, not too far from Palitana. Shetrunji Spnf Producer Company Limited is what we call our group. It is mostly made up of people who have spent their whole lives working in the fields. We wanted a way to work together better, so we started this company. It’s not some big corporate thing. We meet up in a simple building and talk about the crops and the season. Sometimes the weather is against us, and sometimes things go well. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of what we do is just handwritten notes and some basic computer work. It feels right to keep it local and small. We know the names of everyone we work with. If someone has a problem, they just walk in and we talk about it. There’s no waiting in line or calling a help center. We handle the logistics and the sales part of the production. It’s a lot of manual work and checking bags and weighing things. We don’t mind the long hours because it’s our own project. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to make things work for the people in Pingali and Talaja. It takes a lot of effort, but we are used to that kind of life here.
