Yadunandan Farmers Producer Companylimited is over in Bhavnagar. We have our office at Plot 29 in the Apang Parivar Society, which is on Sidsagar Road. It’s a decent place to be based, as it’s not too far from the main parts of town but still easy for the farmers to get to. We are a collective of farmers from the surrounding area. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity with a lot of hierarchy. It’s mostly just us making decisions together. The office is simple, just a place to keep the registers and have our monthly meetings. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a dedicated sales team. We rely on the work we do in the fields and the quality of the produce we bring in. Farming is a tough business and there are always problems with the weather or the market prices, so being part of this company helps us share the load. Sidsagar Road can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but inside the society, it’s a bit more peaceful. We spend most of our time out where the actual farming happens. We just come to the office to handle the side of things that requires a desk. It’s an honest way of working and we prefer to keep things straightforward. We’re just a group of farmers trying to do right by our land and our families. No more, no less.
