Sundariyana Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of a small spot in Chandarva village. If you’re looking for us, we are located at Mr. Mobatsangbhai Parmar’s place. It’s a quiet area in the Dhandhuka Ranpur region of Bhavnagar. Being a farmer producer group means we spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting with the local growers. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned offices all day. Our work is mostly about getting the crops ready and making sure everyone gets a fair deal. The office is really just a base where we keep our books and meet up after the sun goes down. It's dusty and there’s usually a tractor parked nearby. We started this because we wanted to work together as a community. It isn't always easy and sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate with our plans. We have a lot of members from around the village and nearby areas. Everyone knows everyone here. We don't have fancy brochures. Most of our business happens over a handshake or a quick chat on the road. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it's wheat or cotton or something else. It's a lot of physical work and planning. We try to help each other out when prices are low or when the rain is late. We are just local people trying to make a living from the land we have and hoping for a good harvest.
