MALLIKARJUN SAJJANSHETTY

Our place is at 60-Yogeshvar Nagar, right on Bhavnagar Road. We are just out past the railway crossing, which is a big part of our day. You have to wait for the trains a lot, so you get used to the sound of the whistles and the gates going down. It slows things down, but it also gives you a minute to breathe. Yogeshvar Nagar is a bit away from the main city center, so it feels a little different here. More local, I guess. MALLIKARJUN SAJJANSHETTY is the name we use for everything we do here. We handle a variety of things from this spot. The office is part of the building here, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of ledgers. We spend a lot of time on Bhavnagar Road, either coming or going. The dust can get a bit heavy in the summer when the wind picks up. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when the weather isn't too hot. Neighbors walk by and say hello, which is nice. It’s a bit of a slow-paced area compared to the city, except for the trains. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. It’s home for the business and it works for us. Just a straightforward setup without any bells or whistles. I've lived around here for most of my life so I know the area well.
