Ravisteel

Ravisteel is located at plot 814 in the Chitru GIDC area, which is right behind the Vijay Oeri building. If you are looking for us, that’s the easiest way to find the turn. Working in a GIDC zone means it is always noisy and there is a lot of dust from the trucks moving around. We’ve been at this location for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Our unit is mostly filled with steel and the tools we use to move it. It isn't a place for meetings in suits; it's a place where we wear boots and get our hands dirty. We have a small group of workers who know the trade well. Some of us have been together since the start. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy website. We just focus on the steel. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area and we have to sit and wait, which gives us a chance to talk to the guys from the next unit over. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We open up early and usually stay until the last load is ready to go. Our office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor, and it’s usually covered in notes and delivery slips. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit around, just a reliable one that stays in its spot and gets the job done.
