Niligiri Restaurant

Our Niligiri Restaurant is located right near Jasonath Circle in Bhavnagar. If you are walking by Pill Garden, you will see us just across the way. It is a pretty good spot because there is always something going on outside near the park. We open up the kitchen in the morning to start getting the stove hot and the ingredients ready for the lunch rush. The dining room has some simple tables and chairs, and we try to keep them clean between the different groups of people who come in. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours with the sound of dishes clanking and people talking over their meals. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big menu, just the regular dishes that we have been cooking for a long time. The staff here in Bhavnagar works hard to keep things moving so people can get their food and get on with their day. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the market didn't have what we needed, but that is just how it goes sometimes. We use the local Jasonath Circle area for most of our supplies. It is a local business through and through, with no corporate office or anything like that. Just a kitchen and a dining room where we do our daily work. We wash the floors every evening after the last person leaves so we are ready to do it again tomorrow.
