Our office is set up over at Madhubhai Jodhabhai Gohil’s place, specifically at Rs N 35/6 in Titodiya village. It’s a small spot in the Mahuva area of Bhavnagar. Mjg Bhavnagar Spnf Producer Company Limited has been here since the start. It’s not like a city office. There’s a lot of open space and you can hear the birds and the tractors most of the time. We are a group of producers working together. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Just some basic furniture and our records. Most of our work happens out in the sun, checking on the crops and talking to the other farmers in Titodiya. Mahuva is a good place for this kind of work. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know the soil pretty well. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just help each other out and try to sell what we grow for a fair price. Sometimes the roads around the village get a bit rough after the rain, which makes getting around a challenge, but we manage. We aren't looking to become some huge corporation. We just want to make sure the families here can keep farming. If you stop by, you might find us drinking tea or looking over some ledger books. It’s a simple operation, run by local people who care about the land we work on.
