Chhatariya Dehydrates Onion Exports

Our place, Chhatariya Dehydrates Onion Exports, is right on the Mahuva Savarkundla Road in Nana Jadra. If you know the area, you've probably seen us out there near Mahuva. It smells like onions most days, which is just part of life for us. We spend our time drying them out and getting them ready to ship. The village life is quiet, but our facility stays pretty active. Most of the people working here are from around the village, so we all know each other. We use big machines to take the water out of the onions so they last longer. It's a lot of work during the harvest season. The trucks come and go along the road all day. We don't have a big corporate office or anything fancy like that. It’s just a warehouse and the drying area. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it as it comes. We've been here for a while now, and we just keep doing what we do. It’s steady work, and it keeps us busy. We mostly look at the crates and the quality of the produce coming in from the local fields. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just dry onions and send them where they need to go. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. The road gets dusty in the summer, but that's just part of it. We keep our heads down and work.
