Living and working around New Kumbharwada is an experience. It’s one of those places where everyone seems to be making something. At Shreenidhi Enterprises, we fit right into that. Our space is tucked away, and it’s filled with all sorts of things we’ve collected over the years. It’s not the cleanest office you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is. Mostly, we deal with supplies and small parts that other local businesses need. The street outside is narrow, and you have to watch your step with all the activity. We don't really have a front desk or a waiting room. If someone comes by, they just stand by the door and we talk there. We’ve had the same neighbors for a decade. We share tools and sometimes complain about the heat together. The wiring in the building is old, so we can’t run too many machines at once. It’s a bit of a puzzle every day. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to people on the phone. Sometimes we get orders that are too big for us, and we have to scramble to find extra hands to help with the loading. It’s just the way it is in Kumbharwada. We keep it simple and try to stay out of the way of the big trucks. It’s home for us.
