You can find us at number 7, Panch Kutir, which is on Kalubha Road. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the industrial hubs, but we stay busy enough. The building isn't very new, and it has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the monsoon or the way the light hits the back room in the evening. We have been here as Rushil Industries for a while now. Our work involves a lot of coordination and making sure the factory side of things is running smoothly. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking orders and talking to the people on the floor. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available. We are a small team and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be doing paperwork, and the next I’m helping move some boxes. It keeps the days interesting. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under papers when things get hectic. Kalubha Road is a decent area to be in, and we like the local feel of it. We know the people at the tea stall nearby and the folks in the other offices. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't put on any acts here. We just do our work, deal with the problems as they pop up, and head home. It’s a practical life.
