Arya Steel

We are located at Plot No-5 in the town of Alang. This area is known for all the ship-breaking and steel work, and we are right in the middle of it. Arya Steel is a straightforward operation. We don't have any fancy offices or air-conditioned rooms. Our workplace is mostly out in the open on the plot. It is a loud place with the sound of metal hitting metal all day long. We deal with various types of steel that come from the ships being dismantled nearby. The ground is usually dusty and there is iron scrap everywhere you look. We have a small tin shed where we keep our tools and a couple of chairs for when we need a break. The sun can be very harsh out here in Bhavnagar, so we drink a lot of water and stay in the shade when we can. We don't have any big corporate grand plans or anything like that. We just want to get the steel sorted and loaded onto the trucks for the customers. Most of the men working here have been doing this for a long time. It is physical work and you have to be careful where you step. We don't spend time on marketing or making things look pretty. It is a gritty job in a gritty place, but it is how we earn our living. We have been on this plot for years and we know how the business works in this part of the world.
