Aadil Steel

Aadil Steel is located at Plot No. 202 in GIDC-1, over in the Bhavnagar district. This is a heavy industrial area, so it’s not exactly a scenic spot. We have a large yard and a workshop. It’s a lot of metal and machines. We’ve been in this plot for quite a while. The neighbors are all doing similar work. It gets loud and the ground shakes sometimes when the heavy equipment is running. We don't have a fancy office. It’s just a small space tucked into the corner of the building. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. The sun can be pretty brutal in the afternoons here. We have a few big fans that help a bit. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't really have a hierarchy or anything. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't have a website or anything like that. People usually just call or stop by. If you’re coming from town, it takes a little while to get through the traffic. It's just a regular industrial site. We eat our lunch together in the small break room and talk about the news. It’s a simple life, but it suits us well enough. We don’t really bother anyone, and they don’t bother us. Just keeping the work moving as we always have.
