Yogi (Kalyana Mantap)

Our hall is located in Narasimharaja Colony, right on the road near the famous Bull Temple. It is a well-known spot in this part of Bangalore. The building has been here for a long time and has seen many weddings and ceremonies. It is a kalyana mantapa, so it is built for large groups of people. The architecture is a bit old-fashioned, but it has a lot of space. We have a main hall for the rituals and another area for people to eat. It is a simple place, not like those modern air-conditioned banquet halls you see in the city center. We keep the fans running and try to make sure the place is swept and tidy before every event. Dealing with big crowds can be difficult, but we have a routine down. The staff knows how to handle the chairs and the cleaning. We don't do much marketing. Usually, people book the hall because their parents or relatives had their functions here years ago. It’s a tradition for some families in the 560019 area. There is a lot of history in these walls. We spend our days coordinating with the families who have booked the space and making sure they have what they need for their priests or caterers. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't trying to be the most modern place, just a reliable one for the community that people can trust.
