Located on St Marks Road in Bangalore, 500 biryani bazar is right in the middle of all the city action. We are very close to the State Bank of India, which is a huge building that everyone knows. If you have ever been to St Marks Road, you know how hard it can be to find a parking spot, but people still manage to make it to us. The area is full of office workers and students who are always looking for a quick and filling meal. We spend our days preparing large quantities of biryani to make sure we don't run out during the peak hours. Bangalore weather is usually nice, so we often have the doors open to let some air in. The staff here is a mix of people who have lived in the city for years and some who just moved here. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that.
