Ykk Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 1186 in Hebbagodi, Bengaluru. The location is right where the industrial vibe of the city really starts to show itself. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a solid structure where we handle our daily pharma operations. Inside, things are kept pretty tidy because that is just the nature of the business we are in. We have rows of metal shelves filled with boxes and small bottles. The lights are bright, and there is always a low hum from the equipment or the air conditioning system. Bengaluru traffic can be a real nightmare, so we are always keeping an eye on the clock for deliveries and when the staff needs to head home. We have a small break room in the back where we keep a kettle and some biscuits. It is a quiet place for the most part, unless we are unloading a big shipment of supplies. We do not have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you are pretty much right in the middle of the workspace. There are desks with computers for the paperwork, which never seems to end. We deal with a lot of numbers and batch codes every day. Hebbagodi has its own rhythm, and we have become a part of it over the years. We just focus on getting the work done and moving on.
