Bal Pharma Limited

Bal Pharma Limited is situated at No. 21 and 22 in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. We are right off Hosur Road, which is always packed with traffic. Being in an industrial area means our surroundings are full of factories and warehouses. We spend our time working on pharmaceutical stuff. It’s a lot of following procedures and making sure everything is in the right place. The facility we have is large but it’s very functional. There aren’t many decorations on the walls, just the things we need to do our jobs. We have a lot of people coming in and out every day, from delivery drivers to our own staff. The air around here always smells like industry, and there’s a constant sound of machines from the neighboring units. We don’t try to sound like a giant company with a bunch of fancy words. We are just a team of people making sure the medicine gets made and sent out. Hosur Road is a long commute for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We stay pretty busy and don’t have much time for anything other than the work. It’s a serious environment because of the nature of what we do, but we still have our moments of just being a regular group of workers. It’s a tough, practical business, and we've been operating out of these units in Bommasandra for quite some time now.
