Vasishta Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is situated at No. 297 on 6th Cross, just off the 100-Feet Ring Road. This part of Bsk 3rd Stage, 5th Block, 3rd Phase is usually quite active. We are a pharma company, so our daily life involves a lot of regulations and keeping things very clean and orderly. The office is located in a residential-looking area but it’s strictly for our business operations. We spend our time managing different pharmaceutical products and making sure the distribution side of things is handled correctly. It’s not a retail shop where people just walk in off the street to buy a strip of medicine. Most of what we do is behind the scenes, dealing with stocks and logistics. The 6th Cross can get a bit narrow with parked cars, so getting deliveries in and out sometimes takes a bit of maneuvering. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job pretty well. There isn’t any corporate hierarchy feeling; we just talk across the desks to get things sorted. Lunch usually happens together when things aren't too frantic. The building is a plain structure, and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know what we do. It’s steady work, and we try to stay on top of the orders as they come in through the week.
