Our office is over in Thyagaraj Nagar, specifically at 15, 6th Main in the 4th Block. It’s a quiet residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We share the space here, and V.G. Deshpande is the name you’ll see on the documents. It’s a pretty simple setup for a branch of Organon. We have desks cluttered with papers and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. The neighborhood is nice because there are some small parks nearby where we occasionally take a walk during lunch. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls, mostly dealing with the supply side of things. Our internet can be a bit slow sometimes, which gets frustrating, but we manage. We aren't a big, flashy headquarters. We’re more of a local hub where the real work gets sorted out day by day. Most of us have been here for years, so we know how everything works. We use the yahoo email address for a lot of our correspondence because it’s what we’ve always used. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure the records are accurate. It’s a steady, quiet kind of workplace without any of the corporate drama you hear about. We just log on, do the work, and go home to our families in the evening.
