Alum Fab is located over in Yelahanka, at number 29 in the Chamundi Layout of Kogilu. It’s a residential-turning-commercial kind of neighborhood, so we try to keep the noise down when we can, but aluminium fabrication is naturally a bit loud. We spend our time cutting, drilling, and joining metal sections for various jobs. Our workshop isn't very large, but we have enough space to handle the projects that come our way. You’ll usually see stacks of aluminium frames leaning against the walls and offcuts scattered around the floor. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a big office or a dedicated sales team. If someone wants something done, they usually just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a drill at that moment. We deal with windows, doors, and all that kind of stuff. Sometimes the measurements are tricky or a customer changes their mind halfway through a project, but we just figure it out. The layout is a nice enough place to work, even if the traffic in Kogilu can get a bit much in the evenings. We aren't trying to be a giant industrial firm. We just want to do our work well enough that the neighbors keep coming back when they need something made. It’s a plain and simple business, and that’s how we like to keep it. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the area well.
